Venue
The first and most important thing included in our packages is the use of our 29,000 overall square foot NYC venue with a 15,000 interior space and a 14,000 rooftop space. Our venue can accommodate seating for 175 to 400 seated guests, 700 cocktail guests, or 350 guests seated theater-style.
Menu
Our in-house catering team is happy to prepare any private event cuisine you can imagine. Whether you need creative inspiration or know exactly what you’re looking for, we can prepare it and serve it in style.
Staff
From servers to elevator attendants, we’ve got you covered with a full staff. We’re here to make your event successful and happily accommodate your needs with a highly-trained, professional staff.
Door Person
Nothing says luxury like a doorperson to help welcome guests to your special event. That’s why we offer a doorperson included in your package.
Premium Open Bar
Whether it’s cosmopolitans, champagne, beer, or anything in between, we offer a fully stocked, premium open bar to help your guests celebrate. We can even customize signature cocktails for your event or special order the beverages of your choice.
Pin Spotting
Pin spotting is when you spotlighting some aspects of your room and decor, such as illuminating floral arrangements or other features you’d like to highlight at your special event. Our private event AV team is ready to help you plot out what effects you’d like to highlight.
In-House Tables
Nobody knows our venue as we do, so we know the best table arrangements for your special event. Best of all, we provide the tables, so that’s one less thing you need to worry about. Let us set the tables (and the stage!) for your special event with us.
In-House Linens
Of course, you are welcome to provide your linens, but if you’d prefer not to, we offer in-house linens for your use as part of your package.
In-House Chairs
We also offer in-house chairs with cushions for the comfort of you and your guests. Our neutral tones will match any decor, so you don’t need to worry about coordinating our linens with your color palette.

While some people choose to bring in their own plates and utensils, we offer in-house china and silverware for you to use at your special event.
